Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that things happen and items may be incorrectly ordered or sometimes contain manufacturers’ defects and therefore our team may be able assist with a product exchange or credit note based on our discretion and in accordance with the below policies:

THIS RETURN INFORMATION APPLIES ONLY TO ORDERS PLACED AND FULFILLED ONLINE AT FUTUREPHARMRX.COM

FUTUREPHARM LIMITED CANNOT FULFIL OR PROCESS ANY EXCHANGES FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED ELSEWHERE.

Returned products, excluding products that have been found to present a defect ,at no fault of The Buyer’s, must meet the following criteria to be eligible for an exchange or credit note:

  1. Be in resalable condition, unsoiled 
  2. There must be no damage to the container, lid, seal or label.
  3. Be unopened.
  4. Be modification or tamper free.
  5. Be in the original packaging.
  6. Be returned within 7 days of receipt.

 

If the product has been opened, we will only issue a refund if the product is found to be faulty/defective/inconsumable within 7 days of receipt.  If the product is found to not be faulty/defective, it will not be eligible for a refund.  

The product will be inspected and compared against the Standard before a voucher code ,of the same amount of that of the product purchased initially, is issued to The Buyer.

Once your product is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify that your product has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your product exchange or credit offer. Once approved, an email will be sent notifying of such approval.

All products sold under promotional discounts/sales are not eligible for exchange or credit offer and are therefore final.

Futurepharm Ltd. will not be responsible for paying the shipping costs incurred from returning a product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. If you receive a credit or an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be payable by the customer.

Please note that returns can take between 1-2 weeks to be fully processed and re-delivery or issuance of a refund, of any kind, will be done upon completion of the return process.
